The filling machine,a 2-station weighing filling ,will insert the filling head to empty barrels to carry out the two steps of rough filling and precision filling after automatically finding openings.The filled heavy barrels will be delivered out of the main filling machine to the automatic heavy barrel cap  setting and screwing station; the heavy barrels with caps screwed will be conveyed forward to the stacking station to stack. 
The entire line is controlled by PLC and there is no filling when absent of barrels; a touch screen is used to realize the man-machine interaction, setting, display and operation so as to assure the compatibility, reliable working and a visual working statues; various parameters can be set on the interface.
